- Communications: Records of all communications between you and Skippr.
- Usage and Technical Data: Information collected automatically when you visit skippr.us, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, time spent on pages, and other diagnostic data.

- Active Client Records: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years following completion of services.
- Inactive Inquiries: Retained for up to twelve (12) months, then securely deleted.

- Legal Hold: Skippr may retain information beyond standard retention periods where required by law or in connection with legal proceedings.
